Good evening. First I want to thank your customer support people from getting back to me by text, but I seem to be caught between a rock and a hard place. I bought a Clarisea 5000 and the roller motor died a little over a week ago.
I understand from your end, that you don't typically handle anything after 30 days, but the manufacturer in England is indicating that I have to go through you guys to access the US distributor to receive warranty parts.
Is there any way to put me in contact with your distributor in order to get the parts moving in my direction?
Thanks,

Thank you very much for the help. Your CS on the phone was incredibly helpful and ecotech shipped the replacement the next day.
Great help all the way around.
