How many pounds is that order in pic?
Ok, this is what 150 lbs. looks like. Keep in mind a couple of them weigh 20, 25 lbs.

I thought I might post a couple of assembly pictures. This is the second one of these I've put together and I think 4 hours is a good estimate from start to finish.

First all the parts.

If you score one of these know that the white section has nothing to do with the tank and I have no idea why the included it. As you can see there are a bunch of parts. The cabinet is made of high density MDF and held together with KD (knock down) fasteners. The black coating on the cabinet appears to be high quality melamine and the edge banding is so tight that it may be t-bumper. The doors look great and are epoxy over MDF. All in all sturdy and a great deal for the price.

Lots of hardware included but none of its extra so don't loose any ;)

The completed tank.

From the picture in my previous thread you can see that I have a sheet of HDPE (Star Board) to protect the bottom from falling rocks. When using this I think its a good idea to silicone it into place to keep detritus from collecting under it. But nothing sticks to this stuff very well so you need to use a nice bit of silicone on the bottom. When doing the outside edge to keep stuff from getting under the plastic and to hold the plastic down you can run a nice size bead and then use a caulk scraper to get a even and level seam. When ordering the plastic you may want to have it cut .5" short of the inside. The way the tanks are assembled there is a taped bead line on the bottom. It looks like its about 3/8". When ordering the plastic have them bevel the edges. Between this and cutting the board .5" short you will have a .25" gap that needs to be filled. Once filled you should have a nice looking factory black edge on the base. Anything more than .25" thick and you will have a lot more caulking to do and you may have voids that can be seem through the glass.

So a nice clean install - only thing left is to clean up the glass.

I got the white 525xl and mine included the white bottom piece plus two black pieces just like what you got. Not sure why they are sending an extra piece. (Im talking about the bottom pieces with the little plastic feet).

I feel like everyone is getting the reefer xl, but I see why... Good luck!
Everyone needs a reefer ;) I have two of these now and the MOMENT the XXL 200 gl is available this spring I'm ordering one for my living room. This current build is supposed to be for the living room but I have a Deep Blue 80 in my home office that has problems with the stand and I may just move this in there and ditch the Deep Blue. Of course this is predicated on my wife not killing me over the 200 - and she might ;) BUT I already have a newish 72" Spectra MH/T5 fixture for it, GIANT Reef Octopus skimmer, bubble blaster return pump, controller etc. All just sitting in the garage ;(

The package the stands like that to cut cost. Its easier to include the duplicate white/black section and then send you the correct side panel & doors, rather than keeping two seperate main stand components in the warehouse. Its irritating, because they dont tell you that anywhere. I made a call to RedSea to figure out what the heck was going on when I first set up mine, and thats what I was told.

I envy you for having two reefers and looking to add a third. Those xxLs are looking nice, but Im having to constantly talk myself out of it.

Interesting Centerline,
I used the same cutting board material in the sump. I didn't want to drill any holes in the cabinet, and a standard 30" x 18" cutting board friction fits vertically on the side of the sump. Then we just bolted the reactors to it.
