Cheapest light that will grow anything in a 25 gal lagoon

So currently I have 2 Nicrew 50w lights and they just aren't cutting it, there is shadowing, I don't think it can grow acros and I have no idea what the actual par they put out is. So what would be a decently priced light 200 - 300 that could grow anything in a 25 gal (that isn't a black box light).

I would go with a prime 16HD. If you want acros, they can cost more than the light

The Kessil a160we Tuna Blue is only 300 and its a good quality high intensity light. Should work good on a 25 gal

If you’re serious about growing Acros, don’t skimp on the light. XR15 pro if you’re intent is full SPS or a quality T5 fixture

If you want acros, they can cost more than the light

So with the xr 15 will 1 fixture cover the whole tank or would I need 2? Also are the older generations obsolete now or do they still work fine
