As a former web designer I do not think the video bar on top adds any value as it is not featuring anything in particular and the panning of the shot distracts the user from the rest of the site.

Thank you for your comments Gabe. It's kinda of our signature thing to have an animation at the top of the site. In the past we had it on every page but now it's just on the home page. From time to time we will change out the animation to something new.

We updated/did inventory before the launch and we are going to do it again now that the new site is live. Hopefully we are on the right track with our new inventory mgt system. The old one wasn't so great.
