I've been emailing and posting about two auctions that I can't pay as it won't let me.....any help?

I had similar problem wouldn't let me put into the cart to pay for it. i went into the email thay said i had won it and clicked on pay now and put it into the cart and I was able to pay. not sure if that helps

But in all seriousness; they generally put correspondence on hold until after their livesale/auctions are over.
I’m sure you’ll be hearing from them shortly, don’t fret...

Believe me, Todd and Brett are some of the best vendors and amazing customer service when it comes to corals. Spotless record for me !
