Totally psyched for the purple ricordea from yesterday! I have been looking at the same one on the website for awhile now, but at $30 plus $55 shipping it was way too much to spend. I'm really glad they had this sale!

That's why you wait til the live sales! Save up for them and you can get a bunch at once!

Checkout this video of our ricordea farm. I let them split and grow onto the black acrylic racks, I then carefully remove them and put them in rubble where they attack on their own. Barring some disaster I should never buy ricordea again. I probably will if I see some colors I don't have though

There are definitely two very different types of orange on ricordeas. One of them is super vivid and florescent!

Nice! I need to make more room for the ricordea. The space is full now that they have all split. At least I am accumulating a lot of credit at the LFS for them.

I wish I had 100 of them, the are bigger and brighter than any of the other oranges in there. Picked them up a couple of years ago from a wholesaler who called them Flamethrower rics.
