Hey!
So, for the past few months I've been making a beautiful custom build but a few days ago I noticed a small chip on the top of the front glass of the new sump. The chip worries me because it looks like there's a crack forming on the bottom of it. Should I ask the guy that siliconed the sump to change the glass or am I making a big deal out of nothing? thanks
PS: I'll start a build thread when I get my stand back (it's waiting for paint)

Should be safe as sump is never filled thereby reducing any pressure to tank and chip location

Thanks for the quick reply guys, unfortunately I just realized that there are a lot more problems with that sump, the glass wasn't cut straight and the silicone was applied incorrectly. Sincerely, I'm disappointed with the bad craftsmanship and I'm going to try to return it.
The good news is that the water reservoir is nearly flawless. I emulated the IM hydrofill reservoir with the acrylic drawer and it looks very good (still missing the drawer though), I've attached a picture of it.

PS: the first 2 photos are right at the bottom of the tank

Thanks for the tip but since this was basically free I would be probably spending more time and money by fixing it than just changing the glass haha. I'll use those kits as a last resort because it's a pretty good idea.
