I can't wait to see your build begin. Not that many CADE tanks around here. I sold my RedSea and just found a great deal on a used, never used 900 S2 that had never seen water. I just got it up and running and and it's currently cycling. I wanted the peninsula 1500 so bad but just wasn't able to get it right now due to financial reasons. This is my first CADE aquarium and I think they're so amazing! From the glass, stand, doors, ATO design and the controller area/door, They're superb! I remember paying $3500 for my first new RedSea and when I seen how the cabinet was put together and how it's all particle board and it's put together with everyday Ikea cabinetry components. I felt like I was ripped off. I come from a carpentry/construction background and I was so disappointed. I put the stand together and sold it without ever putting water in it three months later. Not knocking RedSea but always quality over quantity. I'm looking forward to seeing your build come to life! You should join the CADE FB group as well. Really helpful knowledgeable people on there as well as here. Best of luck/wishes with your build!

Yeah, I'd go nuts if I had to wait seven months, lol. At least that gives you plenty of time to think everything through and do it right without any regrets. I'm stoked for you!

I know I have not kept up with this like I should have. The remodel kept me pretty busy. Here are some pictures of the final result. Still have 4 things to install, Clarisea 5000 gen 3, trident, DOS, and auto feeder. Experienced my first sump overflow forgot to trim the tube in the tank for the UV closed loop which you can see in the cabinet. Went to do a water change turned the pumps off however the siphon was created. Figured it out and fixed it!! Lesson learned ‍♀️. My husband and I built the fixture for my kessil XP9’s. Think it came out pretty cool.
