Chromis with slightly infect eye

Hey everyone. I’ve had these 4 chromis for 9 months. There in my 65.4. Anyways they did qt nonissue copper prazipro all the fixens. Been in this display for 7 months. Yesterday I noticed one of the 4 has a slightly bulged eye. Just slight he’s kinda hanging to him self. But does move around quite a bit during feeding. Time.

Is it resting on the bottom, or is that just where it happened to be when the photo was taken?
Most single eye issues in long term captive fish seem to be caused by some injury. Many of these cases resolve on their own. Otherwise, the common treatment is erythromycin / Maracyn 1 in a treatment tank. However, catching a chromis from a DT can cause additional risk of damage.
