Cleaner wrasse eating frogspawn out of nowhere. Is this normal?

My yellow cleaner wrasse has suddenly had a taste for my beautiful frogspawn. It was lovely and then slowly started looking like crap. And I just caught the wrasse pulling little chunks off. I thought they were reef safe. Hopefully he won't go on to the next. Is this normal behavior or criminal?

No... but I am carrying my phone incase I catch him in the act but here's the frogspawn. It was much bigger.

Oh geeze I hope not or I can't afford to keep him. I have softys and LPS, gorgonians.

+1 The yellowtail cleaner wrasse becomes an obligate corallivore as it matures. I would take him out.
