The tank is a Clearseal Reefspace 900 Deluxe

Reef Factory ReefFlare Pro L light, KH Keeper, Dosing Pump, Thermo Control, Smart Feeder, Level sensor, Power switcher

TMC Reef Pump, Algae Magnet Glass Cleaner large

AI 16HD Prime to light the refugium

D-D Jump Guard, Auto Top Up, 3 x P1 doser, RowaPhos

Dosing Reef Zlements
pHplus 2 part, NitroPlus, Blizzard
Full range of Macro and Trace elements

For Water Testing, I monitor kH every 4 hrs with the kh keeper and check periodically against the Hanna checker. The rest I do a monthly ICP via Zlements..

I do check up with the below if I spot an issue:
Hanna alkalinity and phosphate checkers
Salifert Nitrate
Reef Factory Calcium, Magnesium


Moderately stocked with fish:
Foxface, Royal Gramma, Banggai cardinal, 2 X Clowns, 2 X Anthias, 7 x Green Chromis and a filefish in the refugium to keep it free of Aiptasia..

Hornets fully open, started with 3 polyps 12 months ago.. these guys are slow growing.

One of the £5er rocks I got yesterday.. not I would call popping but nice mature rock with some mushrooms! Not bad really... The snails are hitting it hard clearing off a bit of algae...

Long time since I posted here..

Tanks doing fine after a long cyano battle, managed to bring phosphate down under control with RowaPhos to 0.1ppm..

zoas are taking off now as well as the small selection of sps mainly birdsnest and montis but do have some acro as well.

Monti forest fire never seemed to grow in my tank until early this year when I started monitoring kH. Now fragging it pretty often (can't believe my luck) ..

Kh is taking a nose dive while I'm away .. plenty of part 1 in the dosing bottle and the doser is dropping 1ml every hour.. typical

Don't fancy changing the dosing amount while away... Seems that the tank waita for you to bugger off before it starts playing up.

Bit of a day calibrating the kH keeper, thermo control and dosers.. followed with a clean up of the chaeto and other bits in the sump.
This was supposed to be a day off!

Dosing 1 drop of each per day at the moment:
Iodine, Iron, Vanadium, Cobalt, Molybdenum

Adding 0.5ml of Barium for the next 4 days.

Late night after a day of maintenance. Some of the coral is annoyed so closed up, but I love this time of night... Looks moody
