I have a Blue Jaw Trigger fish I bought from a LFS. The tank he was in was poorly lit, and I didn't notice he had a cloudy look on the surface of his eyes. I have had him for 3 months, and it has not gotten better or worse. None of his tank mates have developed the problem. What causes this? He eats well, and seams otherwise happy and content. How do I cure it?

I have no signs of ick or flukes, so I am guessing the bacterial infection might be it. He was at a store that is not known for keeping their tanks clean. He seams very healthy otherwise. No signs of ick on him or his tank mates.

Thanks
