Hey guys. I found my clown on the sand bed on its side
He’s very weak. He’s been eating fine and looked fine up until like an hour ago.
His breathing isn’t fast, water parameters are all good. He looks like he may have a spot on its fin but other than that looks fine.
I’m getting him into QT with copper.

Very hard to tell with photos of the fish out of the water. When you say parameters are fine, what are they? Are the tankmates ok? Any new additions?

A sudden onset like that may point to an introduced toxin, like insecticide etc. I'd consider a massive water change and fresh carbon to be safe.

Disease can't be excluded at the moment though.

All the other fish including the other clown are doing fine. He’s been in the tank for awhile. He’s in a different QT tank now and still laying on his side

Taking a distressed fish out of water only makes matter worse.
helpful would be video under white lighting and notable symptoms/behaviors.
Is it breathing heavy or normal?
Any fighting with other tankmates?
is it swimming normal or spiral ?

Disease should not be excluded such as Brooklynella. Dont think its water issue as other tankmates would show similar behavior. As these fish startle easily, could be crashing into glass causing neurological issues. Video is like being there

I found him on the sand bed. I’ve fed them twice today and he was fine both times.
I gave him like 10 minutes in the water and he wasn’t doing anything.
His tank mates don’t and have not ever bothered the clowns.
Breathing is normal
I should have taken a video but like I said, he was doing nothing.

Sounds to me like collision with glass as they often play with their reflection
