I have 2 clown fish in a 20 gallon reef tank that I have had for about 5 years. One of them has stopped eating but shows no sign of any illness. I have added nothing new to the tank in about a year. Any thoughts on next steps?

Not to say it is, but it is reaching typical lifespan.
Obviously, a fish shuts down for a reason from Feeding,. How is the breathing rate of clown? Is it hanging in path of water flow?
Any hazy/milkiness around face/gill area?
Is it suddenly lethargic in behavior ?

Any Pics under white light?
