Clown won’t leave the anemone

Hey so I’ve had my clown and nem for about a month and a bit and they have hosted well. But yesterday the clown wont leave the anemone it won’t even swim out to eat. Any ideas?

I really wouldn't worry too much as long as it's moving/alive. Clowns are weirdos and they love their nems

If it carry on, and you don’t already maybe feed frozen with the power heads left on, then the food will go past him, that’s how mine eat, they let the food come to them.

Mine started out like that but within a few weeks/months they became more adventurous. It’s been over 2 years now and they will swim to the other side of the tank for food when I drop it in. Once they are comfortable they will be fine.

Whelp he came out for food yesterday but today I don’t see him at all even moving the nem. Think he my have died and the cuc did the rest.

That was my thoughts nems have eaten hosting clowns a few times.
