It still seems to be breathing pretty heavily in the second video. You should increase the aeration in the tank to see if that helps, and then see if that helps.

Jay
Ok how do I increase aeration
Edit: I pointed the power head up and it seems to still be breathing heavy

Hard to see in blue but it looks like it still has ventral fins. They may have been clamped to body. That is about all you can do in an all in one tank. If you have an air pump that can work too.

Increase oxygen with air stone and pump. Additionly if in doubt do a water change and API test kits are notorious for false readings which you may be experiencing. Ammonia levels elevated may but more contributed to stress and agree with Jay on bacterial being suspect.
How did you acclimate the fish and for how long?
What is age of tank
What is your salinity and Ph level?

I put the bag on top of the water and added slowly added water from my tank every few minutes.
Edit: it was in there for 40 minutes

I just started to cycle with the clown yesterday

the salinity is at 1.018 and the ph is at 8.4

Salinity quite low and Ph a bit above the safe range ( 8.1-8.3)
Bring salinity to 1.024
Acclimation was short. Typical is to :
Float for 20-30 minutes
Transfer fish and water into a clean bucket

Then . . . .

Add a cup of tank water to bucket every 15 mins 6-8 times (almost 2 hours)
Then check salinity in bucket and compare to tank. If no match or very close, add a cup of water every few mins until youve reached salinity and trap fish in same cup and pour off water and release into display. Release under LOW light before lights out.

If the powerhead doesn’t break the surface and make lots of bubbles, you would need to add an air stone. If that doesn’t help, then low oxygen is ruled out and that leaves water quality or gill disease as possibilities.

The power head makes currents Idk what it looks like if it breaks the surface I’m looking up air stones it doesn’t seem to be a lot of info on it which airstone would you recommend because I don’t want to get the wrong one also the clown is still breathing heavy

Just a small air pump and air stone. It’s late now, so you might want to skip this test…I was just trying to rule out the easy things first.

Yes even just a pump would be good if you couldn't find the airstone.
Ok and do I just put it into one of the chambers
Update- he’s no longer breathing heavy now he’s just swimming in a corner

Well, that sounds like an improvement. Is it feeding?
