Also, just to note, I dosed flucanzole about 5 days ago to deal with bryopsis. All other fish and coral look normal.
I under-dosed the Fluc. (My tank is 65 gallon and I used 5 pills meant for 50 gallons)Flux has had impact on some fish especially if overdosed but this looks like a bacterial infection and may also be internal.
Is the fishs' poop normal or white ?
Is the fish eating ?
Any lethargic behavior?
Is breathing bormal or labored?
This fish should be treated in a quarantine setting using seachem kanaplex along with metroxanidol (seachem Metro) added to the foods if eating . Monitor ammonia during treatment with reliable test kit and add aeration via air stone
I would suggest that in the meantime - you look at the link in my signature - and answer the questions - so we can help you. There is not enough information to make a guess as to what might be going on here. For example - it could be bullying. It could be infection. It could be egg-bound, etc etc etc
