My female clownfish has a mark on its stomach. I didn’t notice it yesterday so it seems sudden. Today it’s constantly hiding under a bridge which I’ve never seen it do. It wasn’t acting weird yesterday.
Please help, photos attached

Also, just to note, I dosed flucanzole about 5 days ago to deal with bryopsis. All other fish and coral look normal.

Parameters:
Alk: 8.0 (Salifert)
Ca: 440 (Salifert)
Mag: 1500 (Salifert)
Nitrate: 5.6 (Hanna)
Phos: 0.02 (Hanna)
I’ve kept track of these daily during Fluc treatment and very little changes if any

Flux has had impact on some fish especially if overdosed but this looks like a bacterial infection and may also be internal.
Is the fishs' poop normal or white ?
Is the fish eating ?
Any lethargic behavior?
Is breathing bormal or labored?

This fish should be treated in a quarantine setting using seachem kanaplex along with metroxanidol (seachem Metro) added to the foods if eating . Monitor ammonia during treatment with reliable test kit and add aeration via air stone

I under-dosed the Fluc. (My tank is 65 gallon and I used 5 pills meant for 50 gallons)

I will keep an eye of poop and eating. Yesterday it ate fine and hadn’t noticed any white poop. Breathing looks normal but it’s staying under that rock.
Thanks for the advice I will do so if I notice any worsening.

PS he means (or the spell checker) means metronidazole not 'metroxanidol'

I would suggest that in the meantime - you look at the link in my signature - and answer the questions - so we can help you:). There is not enough information to make a guess as to what might be going on here. For example - it could be bullying. It could be infection. It could be egg-bound, etc etc etc
