Clownfish not eating breathing heavy and staying near bottom!!!

I have two black ice o clownfish that I have had for around two months now. Around 4 days ago I noticed that the male was breathing heavier and now he isn’t eating at all. The female is doing fine and swimming around and being hungry like usual but the male just won’t eat!

I havent notice anything unusual on its body or gills

water quality:

salinity: 1.025
Ph: 8.1
ammonia: 0
nitrite: 0
nitrate: 3
phosphate0.03
calcium: 420
alkalinity: 8.4
temp 26.2c (79.2 f)

can you help me.

Can you post a short video of it taken under white light? There are a couple of reasons for rapid breathing and not feeding, but it is unusual for only one fish to be affected (be prepared for the other to begin showing symptoms )

Mine did the same for 3 days. I just did a 20% water change and checked parameters, now he is fine... I keep my ph 8.3,

Can you let me know how old the reef is, I like to track age of tank along with disease emergence
