Clownfish scared of larger clown

So basically I have a large full adult black clown and two younger mochas..

The two young mochas stay near the surface and in the corner of the tank all the time.. They won't move from it. I would assume this is fear. There is also a vlamingi tang in the tank.

I don't have a really nice rockwork setup or anything yet, would that help them move about though? Or is this a case of three clowns being a bad idea?

It’s because the larger is the female which is dominant, territorial and the hierarchy
You may have to isolate the female in an acclimation box temporarily to calm it down if she calms down.
