This guy has had whiteness on his face for awhile but they appear to be getting a little larger. He swims fine, isn‘t breathing hard and eats fine. Water parameters are good, no ammonia, no nitrites, not sure about nitrates yet, need to do a test. But I do 20% water changes weekly. It’s in a 20 gallon cube. No other fish or inverts show any issues.

Pics a little fuzzy but appears to be gram negative bacterial or brooklynella but a guess at this point.
Need clearer pics.

Should I move him to quarantine and treat with API General Cure? I have Copper and Metroplex on hand as well. The fish gets Rods General and PE mysis frozen foods. I generally dose the food with Brightwell’s Vitamin C supplement.

If you have a QT setup and running it couldn't hurt. At the very least you can observe and segregate from any other fish in your DT.
