It looks like he might have a wound on the side that is probably causing him to keep his mouth open. Is it breathing fast? Do you have a quarantine tank for medication in case this is an infection? I’ll tag @Jay Hemdal to advise on treatment

It looks like he might have a wound on the side that is probably causing him to keep his mouth open. Is it breathing fast? Do you have a quarantine tank for medication in case this is an infection? I’ll tag @Jay Hemdal to advise on treatment
I didn't noticing him breathing faster then normal. I can setup a quarantine if needed an I do have a small supply of assorted medications on hand as well, I just wasn't sure what the issue was, so wasn't sure what to look at for treating

If the clown is eating well, and not breathing rapidly, I agree with @TriggerFinger this is likely from an injury. Trouble with infections near the mouth- they can cause a fish to not want to feed. What medications do you have on hand?

I think the kanaplex in a quarantine tank would be your best course of action for this.
