Are you soaking food in the medication or just dosing it in the water?

Unfortunately dosing in the water will do little to nothing for internal parasites. External it works great, but in order to effectively treat internal, you have to soak their food in medication and then feed it to them.
I would recommend General cure and Seachem Focus. The general cure will kill the parasites and the Focus will bind the medication to the food so it doesn't simply leech out when it gets in the water.
