Well after a little research its rare alright since the only record found of "Smurf Polyps" was by David Jones from MaidenHead Aquatics.. Its NPS so feed it right away! here's the article



this is definitely some sort of nps @JasonK84 I would consider fragging your coral and share it with someone that has a good reputation keeping NPS corals would be a shame to lose this one :)

I think it is still smurf polyps since even the Sympodium that were really blue were feathery unlike Jasons. His piece has more squishy polyps similar to Goniopora or alveopora rather than polyps like sympodium. However the actual base of the 2 corals are very similar to one an other. Only time will tell at this point
