As of yesterday I have an empty 20L QT tank I used to observe two wrasses for about 2 months. The bio has been established in a HOB filter. I have not drained and cleaned it but was wondering if I could just keep as is and start a fishless coral QT tank? Or clean it and start over?

Did not use copper but did use prazi about 4 weeks ago. Carbon has been running and I perform 25% water changes on it weekly.

Thoughts?

I'd obviously prefer to keep it running and just slap some T5s on it and throw coral in it for 45 days before headed to my display.
