Mine is heavily shaded right now. I’ll try to get a decent pic, but it’s not too exciting right now as the planet yellow is almost covering it

Thats looking really good! Mine is still so small but it's got branches sprouting out finally.
Thanks. I think it looked better under t5 though, but to be honest I think I starved and bleached everything out with too much LED so time will tell.

How about an update to everyone's Fleshdunce?

BC Fleshdunce by Bubba Rivas, on Flickr

Amazing Bubba ! Mine is still small but my color is so different on this one . I do not get the green body but more of cream and orange all over .

Will try and post a pic soon .

Well, about 1.5 years ago, I bought a brownie box from @Battlecorals. This one was labeled “might be fleshdunce”. So, now that it’s grown a bit, is it? It was slow to take off and a little tank instability has it colored down a bit. Starting to show some reds.

Here it is, lots of nice new tips. This one is an amazing 4+ color millepora, the olive gold undertones and rust colored tips are just amazing. I recently moved it to an area with crazy PAR and flow and it seems to be enjoying it.

Quick and dirty phone photo but you get the idea. Looks just like the photo on the site except mine is mangled haha:

Hi there,

Definitely the flesh. believe it or not. I've had pieces in lower nutrient/high light systems show that creamy pink like that as well. A colony I was really hitting with a lot of light in my back old up system in the basement. The system was really clean, with only a couple of fish and a big skimmer. Don't think I ever got as good of growth that Tim gets though!

Yeah this one is getting hammered with light right now that has washed out lot of the greens and brought out the pink. I guess in person (and in my head) it looks more the one on the site. Like I said it isn't a great photo :)

Ok @Battlecorals ... you sent this to me labeled as “might be fleshdunce.” It’s grown for a while, albeit slowly, so is it a fleshdunce? It looks different than others posted here.

if not, any ideas? I’m pretty sure it’s actually Fairy Food, right?
