I was popping a frag off the base in a bowl so I could superglue it to a rock and noticed all these little critters in the bowl. Copepods? If not what? If what, bad?

Thanks for your help!

They are pods but not copepods. I can’t remember the name of them but they are good guys.

They are I believe amphipods, if you have a mandarin or any copepod eating fish, they are bad. Because they will eat the copepod food leaving them to die. But, if you dont have any need for copepods, amphipods are harmless to your tank.
