Coral banded turning green?

My coral banded is turning green. I read it could be an egg sac but the only other shrimp in there is a peppermint. I’ve had several of these shrimp throughout my life and never seen anything like this.

When did you get the shrimp? If it was recently then it may have mated at the store and is now carrying eggs like you suggested. What are you feeding it? You may be seeing algae inside it’s digestive tract

He’s still pretty new, I added him a couple months ago. Algae makes a lot of sense, he’s in a planted reef. I feed lots of algae based foods as well. Looks pretty cool lol
