My new coral beauty has a opaque/white right eye on the part that should be clear. From googling it looks like this is a common eye infection.

I do not have QT/HT. My other fish usually go with the "natural immunity" treatment for other common things like ich/fin rot with good success - healthy mix of meaty food, mature reefscape with a lot of hiding spot, "acropora" level of water quality/stability, and turned on uv 24/7.

This is my first time dealing with this eye issue. Can I treat it the same "natural" way? Should I scoop him out for some kind of dip or peroxide the eye? Or is that not worth the additional stress on the fish?

I would give it a couple of days to see if it goes away. If not I have had luck soaking food in metroplex and kanaplex with focus. You can feed that right in the display tank and it should clear it up in about a week

Creating a strong bulwark: Did you consider floor support for your reef tank?
