I have a LG G3 which supposedly has one of the best cameras on the market, yet I can't get good pics of my corals or tank. The light seems to overpower and wash everything out. Is there an app I could use to adjust the settings on the camera? Or edit pics after they're taken? Photos below of what I mean.

Nothing special for me, I think I just got lucky. Most of time my pictures are bad.

I did this video entirely on my phone. It's actually rare for me to post a pic or vid not taken by my phone anymore due to the quality. LG G4

There is an app called Camera + that lets you control the white balance. It works great. This was shot with my iPhone under Radions running at 18k.

Anyone use Macro lenses from Amazon? If so which ones? I'm thinking of picking one up.

I've had good success with the gel filters for my iPhone. Takes a little while to find the one that works with your tanks lighting. These are from my iPhone 6 and a gel filter.

They are colored transparent pieces of plastic. They take a lot of blue out of the picture. Most for our use are orange or brownish. You need to experiment with a few different colors to see what works best with your phone and tank.
