I have a tank with mostly softies and want to buy one or the other. Any opinions on which one is better?

Been using ab+ and I’ve noticed brighter colors + polyp extension

Red sea's is not strictly amino acids. It is basically like Aquavitro fuel but without the trace elements. I use the red sea one because I don't need the trace elements and I like that it has a color compared to plain amino mixes that you can't really see.

If I was doing a softie tank, I would probably use aquavitro fuel since it has trace elements and most softie tanks don't dose much.

I have used both. In my opinion, I wouldn't use either unless your parameters are stable or you are running low nutrients. I couldn't really tell much of a difference with either, but I would say in a soft dominant tank I would favor AB+ due to the additional carbs and fatty acids. I swapped back to Coral Aminos but you can't go wrong with either.
