Coralife 5W UV sterlizer/ new UV for biocubes

Ok so I own two of these. They keep throwing bulbs for no reason. I am totally sick of this brand. I’m not touching green killing machine due to reports of heavy metals leaking from their machines before. Does anytime know a UV sterilizer I can use in a biocube that will work and not cost me a fortune in bulbs?

I find the turboTwist units ineffective however they do have a high availability of parts
