Hi, I have a stock light on the tank can you help me with the best schedule for the three channel light it has. Thank you for any type of advice.

How new is your tank, and does it contain corals? (Fish in a fish-only tank won't care what you do.) If your tank is just being set up, I wouldn't necessarily start with 12 to 14 hours of light on any setting. Maybe six or so, to try not to get an algae plague right from the start.

It’s on a second week, but going strong. I have two clowns, some coral that I got few days ago, and some different type of algae is present. Nothing crazy yet. Planning on adding a small bleny and goby on the weekend if all goes right.
