My Coralife UV Sterilizer Bulb keeps burning out in my BioCube 29. This is my 3rd bulb in (3) months? Is this a normal thing? Has anybody else had an experience with a Coralife UV Sterilizer?

You are welcome...
I have a buddy that just recently had the exact issue, I told him the same thing and the problem went away...

Actually, you used to be able to get the replacement ballast.. It came with the harness and back cap, all assembled.

Nick if your budget allows it, I'd get a better UV (Aqua, Smart UV) before investing money money into a unit that is already breaking on you..

I had a 29 bio cube as well with all the extras. it was very successful, I finally went to a 150. anyway, I had the same issue, and changed the thing over and over, even the whole unit. The thing probably doesn't do anything. really, it's so small and undersized, almost all cheap UV's are undersized and just there to make you feel better. the bulbs have to be big, lots of wattage, and flow has to be very slow for it to be effective. check out Emperor Aquatics, and read up on their UV's. just for the knowledge, they get one that's actually big enough.
