I used the product “colors” as a source of enzymes for my sps, and the instructions in the bottle did not match What is on their website. So I ended up with an algae outbreak despite an incredible result in coloration enhancement. Still have some red slime in my display that needs to go. I used dr tims waste away and now refresh (think it’s called) which is a source of bacteria. Just don’t know if the bacteria from the fresh bottling is better than something that might have been on the store shelf for a while. Nitrate is 3. Thanks!

So you are trying to rid the tank of Cyano correct? Obviously something with the dosing through your tank and nutrients out of wack.. try this thread to see if it can help out in your battle with red slime

and... (used same product you did)
