Looks like nutrients to me. Push your nitrate up past 2ppm and start dosing PO4.

Just my thought. It would make perfect sense your lower nutrients corals seem to still be doing decent.

After reading through every post, attempts to inform the OP that he's got a N03 and P04 deficiency seems to be consistently over looked or ignored.

Keeping your N03 at 5-10ppm and P04 at trace, .02 is a good baseline to keep. Most all corals SPS, LPS and softies will do very well at these levels.

Stripping the water collum to 0 of these nutrients is starving them and will cause them to struggle and or die.
