I can't seem to find an easy way to file a warranty claim.
Your website only makes opening support tickets easy, not straight forward warranty claims.

Heads up, I just opened support ticket but it is truly a warranty or refund claim. WCI-VCVFK-177

Support tickets and warranty claims are one and the same. One of our support agents will respond to the ticket as soon as the office opens tomorrow morning.
