I think cell phones and tablets are tempered themselves so it effects the outcome

Yes, they will work as well (most if not all are polarized glass, and that's what you want).....Ideally with a white or light colored screen. Just turn your head or electronic device until you see black...or streaked black. If it's solid black, not tempered. If you see blotching or streaks, it's tempered.

Lololol!! Its 75 metric gallons, fill it and do the conversion!

Hold on....don't laugh so quickly.

Hear me out....a 75 UK gallons (imperial) equals 90 US gallons.

So buy the 90 (US), but tell your wife it's a 75. You're not lying, you're just not telling her that it's UK gallons.:D

I cannot find flaws in your logic. Stoopid British and their special measurements! Stones! HA! This is not the stone ages!

Hold up trashing the Brits....

I'm a svelte 19.7 Stones. Doesn't that sound like I'm nice and thin and in great shape. I know just saying it (only 19.7), I feel thinner already. :D

And look how it works getting a bigger tank past the significant other!

Any ideas on what to do with it? I'd hate to just toss it.

Sorry I can't resist: I'm sticking with EEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKK .......lol

EDIT: I'm not joking about our friends' awful adventure by any means. Just trying to make light now that it is over and Crabs is squared away for a new tank.

It's obvious his love of the hobby hasn't been shattered by this. His confidence could have been cracked yet he remains quite chipper about the entire thing. Rather than him being broken, this has made him stronger.

Keep going Crabs!
