Critter on dragon soul torch??????

found a small circle with black like flowers coming out of the tip but I think it’s a critter it reacts to me hitting my counter top and comes in and out of tube…. Ventibular snail? Can anyone help identify what this is? Thanks is advance!!!! Happy holidays!!!!
