    Haha, not white, just under natural sunlight in our greenhouse looks lighter, but not white :)

    Can these go on the bottom of a tank or do they have to be on the rock?

    The cultured clams are easy to keep and do well under a variety of lighting. They do need something firm to attach to and most folks will put some rock rubble under them or one of the manmade clam cradles.
