Of course and you can say similar about calcium and anything else you might put in your tank even commercially aquarium products can contain "other things" that might not be safe long term.
Since calcium is a mineral yes, there can be naturally occurring contaminates. But to my knowledge there is no need to add a stabilizer to calcium. Since h2o2 rapidly breaks down they have to add a stabilizer to prevent that.
