I'm pretty sure I have dinos in my 25g reef. Can anyone confirm and tell me what the current treatment is?

Tank info:
25g lagoon with 5 little fish, cleaner shrimp, and snails for cuc.
Tank is 10 weeks old, but was downgraded from an 80g which was setup for years. I did use new sand.
Filtration is a media caddy with floss on top and a bag of red sea carbon and brs granular gfo mixed, changed atleast once a month. On the other side I run the IM uv sterilizer. I also have an auto water changer that does about 1/2 per day.
I have been dosing 2ml of vibrant weekly for a small gha problem.
Nitrates 10ppm
Phos 0.037 (last week was 0.043)
Alk 9dkh, Cal 420, Mag 1400

I tried to post a video but it didn't work. The little brownish who looking things do move around.

It looks to me like you new tank may still be cycling. However, I'd think it should be done after 10 weeks. I would recommend you do a bacteria treatment. Brightwell and Dr. Tim's both makes one that works well. I've used both. Make sure you follow directions closely as the product can cause a bacteria bloom in your tank. Good Luck Here is a website to purchase: https://www.marinedepot.com/search?Query=bacteria
