Made the same mistake. Than I bought a 2nd had analog one and that is a godsendOh my mistake. The microscope I bought ended up being a real piece of junk and I could not get it down to a useful magnification to see this stuff
Do you have a recommendation for a useful one?Made the same mistake. Than I bought a 2nd had analog one and that is a godsend

Thanks! That’s a legit microscope...I bought a junky digital handheld one. Total trash!APEX SCHOLAR MICROSCOPE | eBay
I have owned this microscope from new (2015) and it has always been kept enclosed with its dust cover and is in ‘as new’ condition. This is NOT a toy but an excellent, well-constructed ‘entry-level’ scientific microscope with good, clear optics.www.ebay.co.uk
The below is what I have. I have payed only £32 for it. The camera peace is useless but you can have have a camera mount for mobile phone for that is only relevant if you want to do pictures. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bresser-...-/184803312072?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49286
You want about 1000x magnification. Bresser has some nice one for £30-40 mark. I prefer single lens over stereo ones.
Hope this helps.
Those not worth the money. I learned that in the hard wayThanks! That’s a legit microscope...I bought a junky digital handheld one. Total trash!
