Cyano or dinos?

3yr old tank. Added more rock 6 months ago. Treated for dinos with dinoX and eliminated dinos I believe. (Brown snot with bubbles). Still get this in the sand. Believe it's cyano.

Tank stats:
65gal tank
20gal sump
80 gal total
Temp=80
No3=1.5 but have gha on rock that's uptaking no3.
Po4=.08
Sg=1.026
Alk=9.9
Cal=424
Mag=1600 due to over dose. Dropping with water changes weekly.
Dose: 3ml cal, 5ml alk, 3ml nopox daily.
Just started nopox, cyano was there b4.
I use rodi water with 0 tds output reading
Just started doing 10 gal water change weekly.

Best way to confirm is by getting a 20 dollar microscope on Amazon, or turn off the lights, and see if the brown stuff disappears and comes back when the lights turn on. If it does it’s probably dinos. I’m leaning towards dinos because it looks awfully snotty.

Raise nitrates, get a 5 micron filter sock manually siphon as much as possible through it and add water back to tank. Also add 1ml per 10 gallons of bacter7. Add live rock, put phyto, and pods. Run GAC. With a microscope confirm what species. If ostreopsis or coolia do a 4-5 day blackout and run UV. If prorocentrum or amohidinium do all of the above but add silicate dosing in order to cause a diatom bloom which competes with dinos. You could try Dino x or vibrant but at your own risk, I personally wouldn’t do those additives. Good luck and remember that it’s usually not a quick battle, often takes months. If needed you could dose h202 as well.
