Hey @Da8 great job with everything! The corals look amazing and the photos are great! How are the T5s treating you? And what bulb combo did you go with? I have a few questions about your system. Did you start with dry rock or live rock? And what are your current parameters? Keep doing what you’re doing! :D

Thank you very much!!

I answer you.
T5 are treating me very well. See photos and get your own conclusions.
It is very personal.
I like them more than radion led, but if you choose a quality fixture like AI or Orphek it should not be a big difference.
They have pros and cons well known, but both are capable of bringing up Color if quemistry is stable enough.
My combo if 4 white 3 blue 1 pink.
And 3h rise +3 dawn orphek blue bars.

I've started with live rock. For me is a must. This rock is ten years now. Had to introduce some dead rock a year a ago and this year some more live rock and indo opened.

My parameters are average ones.

I can tell you, but it will make no difference to you. Are empty meaning without stability as you know. That is the real reason reefs go well.

Low strontium...

Acros look great!
Thank you very much.

Here come some more :D

I agree! I love the look that T5s provide for a tank. I think things are looking awesome! Out of curiosity, what are the exact bulbs you use (brand/model)? And I figured it was live rock but just curious. And again I agree that stability is key! Great job!

The bulbs are ati blue plus and aqua blue and fiji purple.

Because I have 8, with less I would use just blue and white

@Da8 May I ask how you fixed your STN problem? My nutrients bottomed out and I’ve been having trouble and losing coral. It’s starting to get back on track now, but still would like to hear how you solved your problem.
