Jussstttt barely see it back there, he always comes out when I feed so I'll try to prep my camera for a video tomorrow for you.

Oh yeah, this is a reef page....

Some time many moons ago I got this stick, it was a tannish color forever. It came as a freebie in a pack of things. I have no idea to this day what it's supposed to look like. It was not a fan of my tank but it never actually died. I got my reefbreeder lights and it started to turn a slightly different color, to thicken up (before photo).... I started the moonshine method, not for the SPS aspect of it - but because that fine tuned control over chemical balance like that really appeals to me.

Check this guy out....

(also I broke a branch and glued it in to the left)

This is my only sps in this tank, other than a couple little encrusting montis. I'm curious to see what happens with it, and what it's supposed to look like...

Gold rimmed RFA in blues:

Top one is supposed to be white, looks a pale green in the center to me so far, still pretty. That one has only been in the tank about a week now.

My absolute favorite fish also! i had one years ago, but now days where im at they want for $270 for them. they love to hide, get a pvc for him to hide in!

Ohh I'll look into the pvc idea, thanks for the tip! luckily they sit at the $100 range here not as high as they are in your area, but it took my lfs ordering constantly for 2 months to finally have one show up in an order

im in Nebraska, the absolute farthest place in the entire continent to the ocean lol

Love the rfas. The shallow water ones are always my favorite. May not pop as much under blues, but the striations and patterns are much more intricate.

I have 1, a 48 that spreads fully across the tank. @Ron Reefman has a nice setup with two back to front spanning across that I wish I'd thought of with mine. Not too late to add a second I suppose...

The photons are great light. When the only v1 dies over the frag tank, I am going to get a v2.

I love the shallows, just can't find any lately and I'm right off the coast too - go figure

I couldn’t find any when down there in October. Found a ton in July and found a ton of non-photosynthetic nems. The October trip I saw a ton of condi nems, and only 6 non photosynthetic nems.
