What the issue with skimmer drainage?
It's a small space and a pain to remove the cup regularly. I have to ease it carefully across the top of the sump and carefully past the return tube to pull it out from the open side.

let's have a meeting to discuss what we should discuss at the next meeting.
have fun with that.
Yesterday's was really just a "here's everything we accomplished last year and a couple things we plan to do this year"

Today is supposed to be calibrating our leadership teams... But knowing this company we'll start with a recap of what we went over yesterday

I have a meeting Friday. my performance review.
direct supervisor turns in the review.
upper management, that has no clue to what you do, downgrades it.
found out unless you are a manager you aren't allowed to score in the green.
I asked why they keep us all around if they see us as 70/75% score.
C average.
told my supervisor I could perform down to management's opinion if they like.

Not sure how handy you are, but you could always trim the skimmer cup down. I have done that quite a few times. Even a 1/4-1/2” makes a huge difference. I used a belt sander for the outer “ring” and a small orbital sander for the inner ring. You have to go slow and let the acrylic cool from time to time.

Just a thought lol. But your right, it is tight in there.
