BOTH... can you imagine the salt you'll go through...:D
hope your feeling better...;):)
partially, i don't have it in me to fully set this guy up today though. sinuses started draining today so whatever impaction i had has finally started breaking up. pretty sure i'm still getting random bouts of fever but nowhere near as bad as they were the past few days. had to go get a pcr test done because 2 people at work tested positive for covid, still tested negative myself - vaccines work i guess!

Mine salt creeps like crazy but it's on a side that's hidden mostly so I really don't stare at it, I clean it off every couple days. What's more of a gripe for me is the lack of visibility for the sump and the water level. I think your new tank definitely solves that problem. Did they include a light too?

Is so freakin' awesome looking

Yes, has a light and a water level line in the very visible sump.

I think I might run them both, and use the evap on the pnw as an indicator for the mct. no idea what i'll put in it yet though. Pulling apart the cloves from the back wall feels sad lol

Filled. Half Cade water, half new water. Rocks in tank and sump pulled from cade sump.

Picked one piece of rock for the display that is a decent shape. Still no idea what I'm going to put in here.

Why do I giggle at this word every time I read it...

I vote for old school yellow polyps, an entrusting gorg, and some blue sympodium or however it's spelled...

So. I have a stray orange Blasto in the cade I might move to the pnw. Also my big Yuma in the 4g has mostly moved off the frag onto Buddha leaving the baby on the frag plug alone - move the baby?? Gonna probably pull the assorted zoa frags that are scattered on the ground in the 4g over into the 2 micros as well (pink/green into pnw, the other into MCT - it's over shaded by the minimaxi so I have no idea it's true color anymore) I have a pink stylocoeniella in the cade that's struggling because it got over shaded I might pull for the new micro as well??

Any thoughts on why these aren't safe moves? Or won't look good together?

What light came with the pnw? Hopefully strong enough for those?
Actually the exact same light as the MCT. All of the things I'm thinking about pulling are either in the bottom of the cade, or in a lower light situation due to shading.

Here's what we're starting with: a mushroom I found hidden underneath rock in the Pico, One of the zoas that the hermits refused to allow rock surface in the Pico, & the blasto the engineer keeps trying to take with him from the cade.

Everyone's freaked out.

Edited to correct zillows to zoas

Quick what's in the sump for both the micros

PXL_20220101_192600228.jpg

3D printed media box with one bactoball & some aqua char from the big tank.

They both also have a chemipure nano packet outside the box, and some spare rock as well as a tiny bit of filter foam.
