Hey,
Just added a second turf scrubber to my system, built it myself actually...
Waiting for better bulbs to come tomorrow.

Guys!
I want to thank you for your advice!!!!! It worked like a charm. I took every single RBTA out of my display attached to a rock.
Let’s them fall off into a bucket worked. Took 30-60 minutes and they all came off rocks. A few I had to nudge off, but nothing terrible.

Unfortunately it was a sad day for my reef. It was a mature SPS and LPS tank of 2 plus years.

So I had 32 RBTA’s.... That needed to be removed from display. Probably over 50 in 2 years. It was time to remove them. There were being invasive and taking over my display, stinging corals...

I took them to my LFS in Cherry hill and traded them in. He gave me a handsome credit so I loaded up on some nice corals. Nice colony of Duncan’s, Few Blastos, Open Brain Trachy, Acan colonies and few others.

Here is some before and after:

Man you went from 0 to 100, fantastic job building that room. That is what I hated most about my RSR 250, the small amount of space under the stand was 90% the reason I sold it. Keep up the great work!

You should do an updated video of your fish room!

My Fish room is a mess!!! Need to spend a day down there and tidy up... lol :)

If it weren't a mess I would be scared. I am building mine out now, I need more room b/c I keep bringing in more crap. I told my wife this would make the job easier, I am spending every extra moment down there, she said "I never see you anymore" haha. Once this thing is finished I will be much happier. I am sitting at my desk at work watching a fish room on my nest.. ;Facepalm

I stumbled upon your thread.
Didn't read it all but your BTA issue caught my attention for a good reason.
I had one in my Frag tank, for a while, trying to get two clowns to host it.
Gave up so moved the BTA to my DT, last week and two clowns there took to hosting in, which I thought was great.
Now from this post it appears my decision may not be that good.
Did you start with one BTA and they multiplied and they eventually started stinging all your Corals?
That photo with all the BTA looked nice since they are colorful (my thinking) till I read your problem.
Would you suggest I get that single BTA out before it's too late? (Never had one before, except a Carpet Anenome that was a different problem years ago. Grew too massive.)

It's like my regret that I got an Invasive Paly years ago. However if the BTA Sting my Palys away that might not be too bad. He found a spot right in the Middle of the Paly invasion Patch. And it appears BTA are removable. Palys are not that easy to remove/eradicate.
