Deltec 400i Skimmer rated for 100 - 400l for 324l plus sump tank?

From what I have read it says not to go larger than necessary for a skimmer - especially Deltec.
So the 400i DC skimmer is rated up to 400l.

My tank is 85G plus sump so total water volume would be around 400l.
The next size up is the 600i - rated for 600l.

Planning a reasonable heavy bio load...

Would you go with the 400i for 600i Deltec?

I run a 400i on a total off 55 gal with med-high bioload. It skims absolutely amazing. I think you would be ok with it at 85 gal...

edit: wait, i miss read your post. If your total is over 85 i would probably go 600i instead...
