Hi, could someone tell me how to get rid of Diatom algae without killing the live rock and sand. Would really appreciate it!!! Thanks

OK, somewhat risky in selecting the correct “cure”.

Diatoms feed of silicate...and silicate is taken up fast in a reef tank .. so diatom blooms never last long unless your adding silicates ..bad ro water or dosing
